The Stats: Atletico Madrid able to celebrate the title after 2-1 win against Valladolid

The 2-1 (0-1) win away against Valladolid was just what was needed. With the three points, Atletico Madrid clinched the La Liga title. Valladolid finish in 19th place in the league.

Atletico Madrid also made it 2-1 in the 67th minute, when Luis Suarez found the net scored a goal, what was Suarez’s sixth goal of the season. Suarez then completed the team’s come back, what brought the final score to 1-2.

The result means that Valladolid have secured the title.
