Data Pack: Inter strengthen title grip with another win

League leaders Inter continue to impress. With a 5-1 (2-0) win at home against Udinese, Inter recorded yet another victory. This means the team has extended their lead in the Serie A and the gap to second placed Milan is now 12 points. Udinese are in 14th place in the league.

Inter started the match well and took the lead early when Ashley Young scored a goal after 8 minutes, making it 0-1.

The team increased the lead to 2-0 just before the half-time whistle as Christian Eriksen scored a goal.

In the 55th minute, Lautaro Martinez scored a goal, to increase the lead for Inter.

With barely 30 minutes on the clock, Inter’s Ivan Perisic scored a goal, from a pass from Matias Vecino, and increased their lead.

Romelu Lukaku increased the lead in the 71st minute.

Roberto Pereyra reduced the score for Udinese, in the 79th minute. Udinese were unable to score any more goals. The 5-1 goal was the last goal of the game.

Inter have 4 wins and and 1 loss with a 17–6 goal difference in the last 5 games, while Udinese have 1 draw 4 losses and a 4–14 goal difference.
