Data Analysis: Levante finally ending bad streak

Even if it wasn’t a win, at least Levante ended their wretched run of four straight defeats in the La Liga against Alaves on Saturday. The match finished 2-2 (1-2).

The equaliser came in the final minutes, when Joselu scored a goal for Alaves, with an assist by Deyverson. It was his ninth goal for the season. The 2-2 goal was the last goal of the game.

The game was yet the fifth in a row without a win for Levante.

Alaves have 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss with a 6–7 goal difference in the last 5 games, while Levante have 1 draw and 4 losses and a 3–11 goal difference.

With three games remaining, Alaves are in 16th place in the table while Levante are in 13th.

On Tuesday, Alaves will play away to Elche at 7pm, while Levante will face Barca at home at Ciutat de València at 9pm.
